WHAT IS BLITZ?

An eight-week intensive personal training programme designed to help you lose weight and body fat, as quickly as possible.

Because sometimes you want to lose fat fast and there’s nothing wrong with that (if it’s approached properly).

The problem with most fast fat loss programmes lies in how they’re set up.

– No planning, you just try to lose weight as fast as possible so you end up feeling starving and unable to carry on after the first week.

– No strength training, just endless cardio, so you end up losing muscle mass instead of just losing fat, meaning that you end up less toned than when you started.

– No post-diet strategy, so if you manage to make it to the end of the diet you have no idea what to do next and end up putting weight back on faster than you lost it.

But why only 10 spaces?

By limiting our programme to only 10 people, we can give you all the attention you need to get real results.

  • We use a sensible calorie deficit. It’s vital that the deficit is aggressive enough to guarantee fat loss but not so aggressive that you end up unnecessarily hungry and lethargic.

  • We give you group personal training sessions. You’ll be taken through full-body strength training sessions, by one of our highly experienced senior personal trainers.

  • We put a huge emphasis on your daily activity. Because the amount you move throughout the day is equally as important as your nutrition strategy.

  • Support network. You will be added to a Hustle Hardcore members only Whatsapp group where you will receive daily support and encouragement from other Hustlers. You will also have a weekly check in with your allocated coach to review your progress.

  • You have unlimited access to our classes. You’ll have access to over 30 classes a week during your programme including Boxing, Sweat, Hybrid and Pilates.
